Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Construction Company is seeking a qualified, hardworking and dependable person for our Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position.  This is a full time, long-term position with benefits.  Responsibilities include answering phones and directing calls; greeting guests; open/stamp/routing incoming mail; provide administrative assistance with payroll and new hire processing; provide clerical assistance to Project Managers/Engineers; other duties as assigned.  Requirements include strong computer skills with Excel and Word; some accounting knowledge would be useful; a valid drivers license; ability to follow direction and a desire to learn new skills; strong communication and customer service skills.  This is a salaried position and includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off and employer matched 401(k).   Please submit resume to hr@jwright.biz or apply in person at 357 West 6160 South #4, Murray, Utah 84107.
